Shipping

Orders leave the studio in three to five working days. A tracking link follows by email.

Yes, within 30 days, if it is unused. Write to me with your order name and I will send a return address.

Small runs, yes: sets of four or six in a glaze from the shelf. Tell me what you have in mind.

Send me a photo of the box and the break, and I will post a replacement.

Yes, on the top rack. Washing by hand keeps the glaze looking new for longer.

Yes. Put the words in the order notes and I will write the card by hand.
